The Wine Locker is an over 4,000 sq foot humidity-controlled (and) temperature-controlled storage facility devoted to cellaring your wine properly and aging it to perfection. This environment is also perfect for storing and aging fine cigars. Over 95% of our tenants are individual collectors who are passionate about good food, good wine and good friends.
This is a small and intimate operation. Most of the tenants have been storing here for a long, long time. Not only have we seen their wine mature, we have also seen many babies grow up and go off to college!!
The office and the dog:
In the office, you would be greeted by a live person (usually Cindy) and a vino dog (Foxy) who might demand a few belly rubs. A few pleasantries are normally exchanged and a conversation will start: usually about wine!. Wine and snacks are often served on Saturday. If you choose to sit on the sofa, beware that the dog will come over and sit on your feet.
The lockers:
All our lockers are made of plywood for its warm look and its moisture-retaining property. They come in two sizes: 24-case with 5 shelves on ground level or overhead 16-case with 3 shelves.
The smaller (16-case) lockers are harder to get to. They are ideal for out-of-sight, out-of-mind storage or as a start-up until your collection expands. Platform ladders are provided for access.
The larger (24-case) lockers are very user-friendly. You walk up, open the door, and your boxes of wine are right in front of you. The bottom shelf is 4 (boxes) wide and 4 (boxes) deep. The other shelves are 2 wide, 2 deep, so what you want is never more than 2 boxes away.
Cellaring conditioning:
Temperature: 58 degree, Humidity control: 75 percent
To ensure security for your valuables, we have a digital recording system throughout the building, as well as other monitoring alarm systems.
Closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday's until the end of May.

Thursday and Friday noon to 7 pm
